The 4 Ha vineyards are on clay-limestone soils
and granitic soils with limestone elements. The Marsanne variety represents
95 % of the grapes, and Roussane 5 %.
Facing south, Les Côtes, or south-east,
Hongrie, these terroirs express themselves in three still wines and
a sparkling one :
. ST PERAY Harmonie
. ST PERAY Cuvée Boisée
. ST PERAY Fleur De Crussol
. ST PERAY Brut (sparkling wine)
Harvesting is done by hand only.
For, SAINT PERAY Brut, sparkling wine, it starts at the beginning
of September and finishes end of September for FLEUR DE CRUSSOL.
For still wines, MARSANNE must be picked with a high degree of maturity
to express the personality of the terroir.
Available quantities are
from 3 ot 5000 bottles, depending on the type of wine and vintages.
